Description

Delightful cookies combining the sweetness of white chocolate with the tangy taste of fresh blueberries. Perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add to the creamed mixture.
  5. Fold in the blueberries and white chocolate chips.
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.

Notes
