Description

Soft, chewy cookies bursting with the fresh taste of blueberries and the sweetness of white chocolate.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the blueberries and white chocolate chips gently.
  7. Drop dough by tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  9. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

Notes

For best results, use fresh blueberries. If using frozen, don’t thaw them to prevent bleeding color into the dough.
