- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the blueberries and white chocolate chips gently.
- Drop dough by tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
For best results, use fresh blueberries. If using frozen, don’t thaw them to prevent bleeding color into the dough.
