Description

A hearty and indulgent burrito filled with ground beef, French fries, and gooey cheddar cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup French fries
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and stir to combine; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Combine the cooked beef, French fries, diced tomatoes, onions, and sour cream in a large bowl.
  4. Lay the flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  5. Spoon the beef and fry mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up from the bottom to the top.
  8. Toast the burrito in a skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted (optional).
  9. Serve with chopped cilantro on top.

Notes

Customize with your favorite toppings or sides. Serve with extra sour cream or salsa for dipping.
