- 1 large flour tortilla
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup French fries
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and stir to combine; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Combine the cooked beef, French fries, diced tomatoes, onions, and sour cream in a large bowl.
- Lay the flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spoon the beef and fry mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up from the bottom to the top.
- Toast the burrito in a skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted (optional).
- Serve with chopped cilantro on top.
Notes
Customize with your favorite toppings or sides. Serve with extra sour cream or salsa for dipping.
