Description

A festive, no-bake green pie with a creamy white chocolate filling in an Oreo crust, topped with Cool Whip and holiday sprinkles.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Oreo pie crust
  • 1 box (3.9 oz) white chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold 2% milk
  • ½ container Cool Whip
  • 23 drops neon green gel food coloring
  • 12 drops green food coloring
  • ½ cup green sanding sugar
  • ½ cup mini red heart sprinkles
  • ½ cup large red heart sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare the white chocolate pudding mix by combining the package contents with cold milk and green gel food coloring in a large bowl. Beat until soft peaks form, about 2 minutes.
  2. Spoon the pudding mixture evenly into the Oreo pie crust.
  3. Refrigerate for 3 hours to allow the pudding to set.
  4. Remove the pie from the refrigerator and spread a layer of Cool Whip over the pudding layer (about half the container).
  5. Sprinkle green sanding sugar and mini red heart sprinkles over the Cool Whip.
  6. Before serving, add large red heart sprinkles on top as decoration.
  7. Cut into slices and serve. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
