- 12 jalapeños
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices of cooked bacon (chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well blended.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the jalapeños are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a crispier bite, broil for a minute or two after baking. Wear gloves when handling jalapeños to avoid skin irritation.
