Description

Delicious bites of jalapeño filled with creamy cheese and crispy bacon, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 jalapeños
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. Mix together the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Spoon the cheese mixture into each jalapeño half.
  5. Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the jalapeños are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

For less spice, remove all seeds and membranes from the jalapeños. You can also try different cheese blends or add diced tomatoes for variation.
