- 12 jalapeños
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- Mix together the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spoon the cheese mixture into each jalapeño half.
- Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the jalapeños are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For less spice, remove all seeds and membranes from the jalapeños. You can also try different cheese blends or add diced tomatoes for variation.
