- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder

- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Cooking spray or oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chilled mashed potatoes, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Take a spoonful of the mixture and roll into balls (about 1-2 tablespoons each).
- Roll each ball in panko breadcrumbs until well-coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Arrange the potato balls in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer, let rest for a few minutes, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
