- 2 large frozen bananas (Sliced)
- 1 cup coconut milk (Chilled)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (Vanilla or plain)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (Flavor base)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (For thickness)
- 2 tbsp toasted coconut (Topping)
- 1 tbsp white chocolate curls (Topping)
- 1 cup whipped cream (Topping)
Instructions
- Toast coconut flakes in a dry pan until golden; shave white chocolate curls.
- Combine frozen bananas, coconut milk, yogurt, and vanilla in a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth; add ice and blend again until frosty.
- Pour into glasses and top with a generous swirl of whipped cream.
- Sprinkle with toasted coconut and white chocolate curls before serving.
