These Thai peanut turkey burgers are juicy, flavor-packed patties made with Thai peanut sauce, fresh herbs, and lime zest, then topped with crunchy veggies and extra sauce. A bold, healthy twist on burger night ready in about 20 minutes.

- 1 lb ground turkey (93% lean)
- 1/4 cup Thai peanut sauce
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp lime zest
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Burger buns (brioche, whole wheat, or lettuce wraps)
- Additional Thai peanut sauce
- Cucumber slices or slaw
- Shredded carrots
- Fresh cilantro and lime wedges
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, peanut sauce, green onions, cilantro, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, lime zest, and salt. Mix gently until just combined.
- Form into 4 patties. Press a small indent in the center of each for even cooking.
- Grill or pan-sear over medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve on toasted buns or lettuce wraps. Top with cucumber/slaw, shredded carrots, extra peanut sauce, cilantro, and lime wedges.
