Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the corn kernels, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes, allowing the corn to caramelize slightly.
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lime juice, and garlic powder until smooth. Set aside.
