Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the corn kernels, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, allowing the corn to caramelize slightly.
