Delicious Strawberry Banana Pudding
Ingredients

- 2 boxes vanilla wafers
- 6–8 bananas, sliced (ripe but firm)
- 1 container strawberries, hulled and sliced (about 8–12 oz)
- 2 cups milk (for pudding)
- 1 (5 oz.) box French vanilla instant pudding
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12 oz.) container whipped topping (thawed)
Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese at room temperature for 20–30 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Add the French vanilla pudding mix and 2 cups milk. Stir until fully combined and slightly thickened.
- In a large serving dish (9×13), spread a layer of vanilla wafers to cover the bottom.
- Add a layer of sliced bananas, then a layer of sliced strawberries. Press fruit gently.
- Pour half of the pudding mixture over the first wafer/fruit layers and spread to cover.
- Repeat with another wafer layer, bananas, strawberries, and the remaining pudding mixture on top.
- Spread whipped topping evenly over the final layer.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
