- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour

- 1 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon

- 1/4 cup Cold Butter (shredded)
- 1 cup Sourdough Starter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Mix the sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
- Melt the butter until completely liquid and let it cool slightly.
- Whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
- Shred the cold butter and add it to the dry ingredients, mixing until it resembles pea-sized crumbs.
- Add the sourdough starter and vanilla extract, then combine to form a dough, adding cold water if needed.
- Divide the dough in half and roll out each half on parchment paper to about 1/8-inch thick.
- Cut the dough into 1/2-inch squares and transfer to a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crunchy, then cool before serving.
