- 2 (16 oz) packages of little beef smokies sausage links
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1.5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Place the two packages of little beef smokies into the slow cooker. No pre-cooking or preparation is needed for these fully cooked sausages.
- In a separate bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, packed light brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Whisk until well combined and the brown sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the prepared sauce evenly over the beef smokies in the slow cooker. Gently stir to ensure all the sausages are coated.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours, or until the sauce is bubbly and the smokies are heated through.
- Give the smokies a final stir. Serve warm directly from the slow cooker or transfer to a serving dish. Toothpicks are recommended for easy serving.
