- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 cups Fresh Strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray or parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder in a bowl.
- Combine vegetable oil, buttermilk, eggs, food coloring, vanilla extract, and vinegar in another bowl.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients gently and pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean; cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth; mix in powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Stir in strawberry puree and carefully fold in whipped cream.
- Spread cheesecake filling over the cooled layer, chill for at least 4 hours.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries and whipped cream before serving.
