Description

This Red Velvet Strawberry Cheesecake Delight is a deliciously rich and creamy dessert that transforms any ordinary gathering into a special occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder

  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Red Food Coloring
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp White Vinegar
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray or parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder in a bowl.
  3. Combine vegetable oil, buttermilk, eggs, food coloring, vanilla extract, and vinegar in another bowl.
  4. Mix wet and dry ingredients gently and pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean; cool completely.
  6. Beat cream cheese until smooth; mix in powdered sugar and vanilla.
  7. Stir in strawberry puree and carefully fold in whipped cream.
  8. Spread cheesecake filling over the cooled layer, chill for at least 4 hours.
  9. Garnish with fresh strawberries and whipped cream before serving.
