Description

Buttery, jam-swirled cookies finished with a glossy white chocolate drizzle; an easy yet impressive dessert perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup raspberry jam
  • 1 cup white chocolate, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually mix in flour until the dough just comes together.
  4. Roll the dough out on a floured surface to approximately ¼ inch thickness.
  5. Evenly spread raspberry jam over the rolled dough.
  6. Roll the dough into a log and chill for 30 minutes.
  7. Slice the log into ¼ inch rounds and arrange on the baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on a wire rack.
  10. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle over the cooled cookies.

Notes

For a cleaner slice, chill the log longer. Adding a splash of lemon juice to the jam can enhance flavors.
