  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 pieces Hamburger Buns
  • 4 leaves Lettuce
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 4 slices Red Onion
  • 4 slices Pickles
  • 4 slices Cheese
  • Condiments

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms gently using a damp cloth. Remove the stems and scrape out the gills if desired.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and tamari in a bowl. Brush over both sides of the mushroom caps, then season with sea salt and black pepper. Marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium heat, aiming for about 375-400°F.
