- 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 4 pieces Hamburger Buns
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- 4 slices Tomato
- 4 slices Red Onion
- 4 slices Pickles
- 4 slices Cheese

Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms gently using a damp cloth. Remove the stems and scrape out the gills if desired.
- Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and tamari in a bowl. Brush over both sides of the mushroom caps, then season with sea salt and black pepper. Marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium heat, aiming for about 375-400°F.
- Grill the mushrooms gill side up for 5-7 minutes. Flip and grill another 5-7 minutes until tender. Toast buns if desired.
