Description
A light and creamy no-bake dessert that captures the tropical flavors of a piña colada.

- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding mix
- 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, drained and halved
Instructions
- In a large bowl, stir together the crushed pineapple (with juice) and the coconut cream pudding mix until well combined.
- Fold in the Cool Whip until smooth and creamy.
- Gently stir in the shredded coconut, drained pineapple tidbits, miniature marshmallows, and halved maraschino cherries.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
