Instructions
- Marinate Chicken: Blend olive oil, lime juice, garlic, salt, pepper, sugar, paprika, cumin, and oregano until smooth. Loosen the chicken skin and apply two-thirds of the marinade underneath, rubbing the remainder on the outside. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

- Prepare Green Sauce: In a blender, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, cilantro, jalapeños, garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth, gradually adding olive oil while blending until the sauce thickens. Adjust spice level.
