- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning (or fresh thyme, oregano, or basil)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Zest of 1 lemon (optional, for added freshness)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the cauliflower into small florets, making sure they are evenly sized. Pat dry with a paper towel.
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned cauliflower, tossing again to ensure an even coating.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with lemon zest and fresh parsley. Serve warm as a side dish or snack.
