Ingredients

  • 34 tablespoons melted butter
  • 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 12 tbsp molasses (optional)
  • 12 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Candied ginger or crushed gingersnaps for topping

Instructions

  1. Crush the gingerbread or spiced graham crackers and mix with melted butter. Press into mini cups.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and spices until smooth; fold in whipped cream.
  3. Pipe or spoon filling into prepared cups; chill for at least 2 hours.
