- 3–4 tablespoons melted butter
- 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tbsp molasses (optional)

- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Candied ginger or crushed gingersnaps for topping
Instructions
- Crush the gingerbread or spiced graham crackers and mix with melted butter. Press into mini cups.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and spices until smooth; fold in whipped cream.
- Pipe or spoon filling into prepared cups; chill for at least 2 hours.
- Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon before serving.
Notes
For a tropical twist, consider adding toasted coconut or swapping molasses for dark brown sugar.
