Ingredients

  • 200g pistachios, shelled
  • 100g granulated sugar
  • 100g unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 100g all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a tartlet pan or line with parchment paper.
  3. In a food processor, pulse the pistachios until finely ground.
  4. In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  6. Gradually incorporate the ground pistachios, flour, salt, and baking powder, mixing until the dough forms.
