Description

These bite-size Caprese appetizers are perfect for parties, made with naan and finished with balsamic glaze. Light, easy, and ready in 30 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 6 mini naan rounds
  • ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup arugula
  • 45 basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Prep toppings: Slice cherry tomatoes and thinly slice the basil.
  3. Assemble pizzas: Place naan on a baking sheet. Add sauce, cheese, tomatoes, and basil. Season with black pepper.
  4. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until cheese melts and the flatbread edges are golden.
