These bite-size Caprese appetizers are perfect for parties, made with naan and finished with balsamic glaze. Light, easy, and ready in 30 minutes!

- 6 mini naan rounds
- ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara
- ¼ cup cherry tomatoes
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- ¼ cup arugula
- 4–5 basil leaves
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Prep toppings: Slice cherry tomatoes and thinly slice the basil.
- Assemble pizzas: Place naan on a baking sheet. Add sauce, cheese, tomatoes, and basil. Season with black pepper.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, until cheese melts and the flatbread edges are golden.
- Top & serve: Add fresh arugula and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
