- 2 large Eggs (can substitute with a plant-based egg)
- 1/2 cup Milk (almond or soy milk for dairy-free option)
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala (store-bought for convenience)
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup Paneer (crumbled) (substitute with feta, ricotta, or firm tofu if needed)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little butter until melted.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garam masala, turmeric, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated. Let excess drip off.
- Place the coated bread onto the skillet; cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from skillet and top each slice with crumbled paneer and chopped cilantro.
- Serve immediately, optionally with chutney or yogurt.
