  • 2 large Eggs (can substitute with a plant-based egg)
  • 1/2 cup Milk (almond or soy milk for dairy-free option)
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala (store-bought for convenience)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Paneer (crumbled) (substitute with feta, ricotta, or firm tofu if needed)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little butter until melted.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garam masala, turmeric, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated. Let excess drip off.
  4. Place the coated bread onto the skillet; cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from skillet and top each slice with crumbled paneer and chopped cilantro.
  6. Serve immediately, optionally with chutney or yogurt.
