- 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 can diced green chiles (optional)
Instructions
- Cook your chicken using your preferred method (10-15 minutes).
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, 3/4 cup cheese, garlic powder, and cream cheese (5 minutes).
- In a saucepan, melt butter, stir in flour and taco seasoning, gradually whisk in chicken broth. Heat until smooth (10 minutes).
