A delicious and healthy twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, this low carb casserole is packed with flavor and easy to make.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup provolone cheese, torn
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray your 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onions and bell peppers, cooking them for 5-6 minutes until fragrant. Add minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Stir in the ground beef, breaking it up with your spatula. Season with salt and pepper, cooking for 7-8 minutes until browned. Drain any excess fat if needed.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and mix well, then reduce heat to low, add cream cheese, and stir until creamy.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and layer with provolone and mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 22-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Enjoy with a side salad or as a filling for low-carb wraps. Can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
