- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish to prevent sticking.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, cream cheese, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the egg mixture over the beef and cheese mixture, stirring to combine. Pour everything into the greased baking dish.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is set and golden on top.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving, optionally topped with diced onions, pickles, or tomatoes.
