Description

A quick and easy Low Carb Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole that captures all the flavors of a cheeseburger without the extra carbs. Perfect for a healthy, budget-friendly meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish to prevent sticking.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, cream cheese, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the beef and cheese mixture, stirring to combine. Pour everything into the greased baking dish.
  6. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is set and golden on top.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving, optionally topped with diced onions, pickles, or tomatoes.
