Description

This Loaded Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta combines tender pasta, seasoned ground beef, crispy bacon, and a creamy Alfredo sauce all smothered in melted cheese. The ultimate comfort food mashup for dinner time.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz rotini or penne pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pan.
  3. Add the ground beef and diced onion to the skillet. Cook until the beef is browned and onion is tender, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Reduce heat to low and pour in the Alfredo sauce, mixing well.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet along with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Stir until cheeses are melted and the pasta is evenly coated.
  6. Top with crispy bacon, chopped green onions, and additional seasonings if desired. Serve hot.
