This Loaded Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta combines tender pasta, seasoned ground beef, crispy bacon, and a creamy Alfredo sauce all smothered in melted cheese. The ultimate comfort food mashup for dinner time.

- 8 oz rotini or penne pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pan.
- Add the ground beef and diced onion to the skillet. Cook until the beef is browned and onion is tender, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Reduce heat to low and pour in the Alfredo sauce, mixing well.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet along with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Stir until cheeses are melted and the pasta is evenly coated.
- Top with crispy bacon, chopped green onions, and additional seasonings if desired. Serve hot.
