Jumbo Pepperoni-Stuffed Pizza Spiral is an incredible recipe that combines pizza flavors into an easy-to-make spiral.

- 1 package of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- ½ cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Flour (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lightly flour a clean surface and roll out the pizza dough into a rectangular shape, about ¼ inch thick.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Add pepperoni slices on top of the cheese, ensuring an even distribution.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the pepperoni and cheese for added flavor.
- Starting from one edge, carefully roll the dough into a tight spiral.
- Pinch the edges of the dough to seal the spiral.
- Using a sharp knife, cut the rolled dough into 1-inch thick slices.
- Place the sliced spirals on the prepared baking sheet, cut side up.
- In a small bowl, whisk the egg and brush it over the top of each spiral.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Once baked, remove the spirals from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.
