- 1 tsp Garlic Powder (Feel free to modify to taste.)
- 1 tsp Onion Powder (Can omit if preferred.)
- 1 tsp Dried Basil (Fresh herbs can be used.)
- 1 tsp Dried Parsley (Fresh herbs can be used.)
- 1 tsp Salt (Tailor to dietary needs.)
- 1 tsp Black Pepper (Tailor to dietary needs.)
- 1/2 cup Whole Milk (Plant-based milk works for dairy-free.)
- 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter (Margarine can be used as a substitute.)
- 1/4 cup Additional Parmesan (Optional for extra flavor.)
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley (Optional for garnish.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and get a baking sheet or loaf pan ready.
- Combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, parsley, salt, black pepper, and whole milk in a large bowl.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
- Prepare the garlic-parmesan glaze by melting the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Brush the glaze over the meatloaf and return it to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Rest the meatloaf for 5 minutes after removing from the oven.
- Slice the meatloaf, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve.
