Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and milk. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and transfer it to the prepared baking sheet or loaf pan.
