- 8 oz Cream Cheese (Can substitute with Greek yogurt.)

- 2 medium Jalapeños (Adjust seeds for desired heat.)
- 4 slices Bacon (Can substitute with turkey bacon or omit.)
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Experiment with different cheese types.)
- 2 tbsp Green Onions (Finely chopped for garnish.)
- 1 cup Sour Cream (For serving.)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Spread cauliflower florets evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C).
- Transfer roasted cauliflower to a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, salt, and pepper; mix until well coated.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and distribute jalapeños and crumbled bacon on top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously over the surface.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for an additional 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with finely chopped green onions if desired.
