Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Juice of 1 lime

Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and lime juice until well combined.

- Rest and Serve: Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with green onions and serve over rice or salad.
Notes
- Serve with rice or salad for a complete meal.
- Add extra green onions for garnish if desired.
- This recipe can be marinated overnight for more flavor.
