- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Wash and prep the broccoli. Cut into uniform florets (1–1.5 inch) for even cooking.
- Toss broccoli with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place the seasoned broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- After 8 minutes, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the broccoli. Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
- Check for doneness and serve immediately, optionally sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
Notes
For a smoky twist, consider adding smoked paprika. Ensure the basket isn’t overcrowded to maintain crispiness.
