Description

A creamy and cheesy Keto-friendly dish with broccoli, cauliflower, and savory sausage, perfect for a quick family dinner.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups broccoli, chopped
  • 2 cups cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 lb sausage of choice, cooked
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the sausage over medium heat until fully cooked (about 10 minutes).
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked sausage, broccoli, cauliflower, garlic, onion, and seasonings.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and half of the cheese until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Let cool briefly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil on high for the last 2 minutes. Can be customized with various cheeses and vegetables.
