Ingredients

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until creamy, then add flour until combined.
  3. Press dough into the tart pan evenly and bake for 15 minutes or until golden; let cool.
  4. Melt dark chocolate over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
  5. Remove from heat and whisk in eggs one at a time along with sugar until glossy.
  6. Gently fold in raspberries and pour mixture into cooled crust.
