High Protein Key Lime Pie Yogurt Bark transforms traditional flavors into a healthy, no-bake treat perfect for satisfying cravings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Nuts
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Zest

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, fresh lime juice, honey, and vanilla protein powder until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted unsalted butter, mixing until crumbly.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour yogurt mixture onto it, spreading into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Evenly sprinkle the graham cracker mixture over the yogurt layer.
  5. Scatter chopped nuts and lime zest on top, gently pressing them in.
  6. Freeze the baking sheet for at least 4 hours or until solid. Cut or break into pieces once frozen.

Notes

  • Feel free to use regular yogurt if needed.
  • Can substitute honey with maple syrup.
  • For gluten-free, substitute graham cracker crumbs with crushed nuts.
  • Coconut oil can be used as a dairy-free alternative.
  • Almonds or walnuts work well for chopped nuts.
  • Lime zest is optional but recommended for extra flavor.
