- 1/4 cup Lime Juice
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 cup Chopped Nuts
- 1 tablespoon Lime Zest
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, fresh lime juice, honey, and vanilla protein powder until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted unsalted butter, mixing until crumbly.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour yogurt mixture onto it, spreading into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Evenly sprinkle the graham cracker mixture over the yogurt layer.
- Scatter chopped nuts and lime zest on top, gently pressing them in.
- Freeze the baking sheet for at least 4 hours or until solid. Cut or break into pieces once frozen.
