Ingredients

  • ¼ cup sliced red onions
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup tzatziki sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out your pre-made pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
  5. Place the cooked gyro meat evenly over the cheese.
  6. Sprinkle dried oregano, salt, and pepper over the toppings.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.
  8. While the pizza bakes, prepare the fresh toppings.
