- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ½ cup tzatziki sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out your pre-made pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
- Place the cooked gyro meat evenly over the cheese.
- Sprinkle dried oregano, salt, and pepper over the toppings.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.
- While the pizza bakes, prepare the fresh toppings.
- Once done baking, let the pizza cool for about 5-10 minutes.
- Add the diced tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions on top of the pizza.
- Drizzle the tzatziki sauce over the fresh toppings.
- Sprinkle fresh parsley for garnish.
