  • 8 oz. cream cheese (softened for easy mixing)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar (feel free to reduce if preferred)
  • 1 tsp vanilla (adds a fragrant note)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (adds a caramel-like sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup pecan pieces (adds a crunchy texture)

Instructions

  1. Start by cleaning and drying the grapes thoroughly, gently removing them from their stems.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it’s smooth and creamy. Add in the vanilla extract and blend until fully incorporated.
  3. To the creamy base, add the sugar and sour cream, mixing until everything is well combined and smooth.
  4. In a large serving bowl, add the cleaned grapes and pour the creamy dressing over them. Gently fold the dressing around the grapes until they are completely coated.
  5. Just before serving, sprinkle the brown sugar and pecan pieces over the top of the salad.
