- 2 pounds red grapes (sweet and juicy)
- 2 pounds green grapes (tart and crispy)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened for easy mixing)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar (feel free to reduce if preferred)
- 1 tsp vanilla (adds a fragrant note)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (adds a caramel-like sweetness)
- 1/2 cup pecan pieces (adds a crunchy texture)
Instructions
- Start by cleaning and drying the grapes thoroughly, gently removing them from their stems.
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it’s smooth and creamy. Add in the vanilla extract and blend until fully incorporated.
- To the creamy base, add the sugar and sour cream, mixing until everything is well combined and smooth.
- In a large serving bowl, add the cleaned grapes and pour the creamy dressing over them. Gently fold the dressing around the grapes until they are completely coated.
- Just before serving, sprinkle the brown sugar and pecan pieces over the top of the salad.
