This easy Flatbread Pizza is quick, crispy, and endlessly customizable.
Ingredients

- 2 flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)
- 3/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Toppings of choice (low-moisture veggies, cooked chicken, olives, mushrooms, etc.)
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425°F (218°C). Place a baking sheet or pizza stone inside to preheat.
- Brush both sides of each flatbread with olive oil for crisp edges.
- Spread pizza sauce over the top, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle mozzarella evenly, then add Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
- Top with your favorite cooked proteins and low-moisture veggies (don’t overload).
- Transfer to the hot baking surface and bake 8–11 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and crust is crisp.
- Garnish with fresh basil (optional), slice, and serve right away.
