Description

This easy Flatbread Pizza is quick, crispy, and endlessly customizable.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)
  • 3/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Toppings of choice (low-moisture veggies, cooked chicken, olives, mushrooms, etc.)
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F (218°C). Place a baking sheet or pizza stone inside to preheat.
  2. Brush both sides of each flatbread with olive oil for crisp edges.
  3. Spread pizza sauce over the top, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly, then add Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
  5. Top with your favorite cooked proteins and low-moisture veggies (don’t overload).
  6. Transfer to the hot baking surface and bake 8–11 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and crust is crisp.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil (optional), slice, and serve right away.
