Description

A stunning and flavorful charcuterie wreath made with a variety of beef-free salamis, cheeses, and colorful accompaniments, perfect for entertaining.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound thinly sliced Beef Salami
  • 1 pound thinly sliced Beef Pepperoni
  • 1/2 pound thinly sliced Beef Prosciutto
  • 8 ounces Mozzarella Pearls
  • 6 ounces Fontina cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 6 ounces Havarti cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 6 ounces Manchego cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup Green Olives, pitted
  • 1 cup Black Olives, pitted
  • 1 cup Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained and quartered
  • 1 cup Mini Pickles, drained and halved lengthwise
  • 1 cup Roasted Red Peppers, drained and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup Peperoncini, drained and halved lengthwise
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1 large Cucumber, peeled, seeded, and thinly sliced into rounds

Instructions

  1. Prepare a large, flat serving platter or wooden board. Arrange the Beef Prosciutto slices loosely around the outer perimeter to define the wreath’s edge.
  2. Fill the space inside the prosciutto ring with folded or curved slices of Beef Salami and Beef Pepperoni, alternating between the two and working inwards towards the center.
  3. Distribute the cubed Fontina, Havarti, and Manchego cheeses evenly throughout the meat sections, tucking them in so they are visible.
  4. Scatter the Mozzarella Pearls throughout the wreath, nestling them into the gaps.
  5. Strategically place the Green Olives, Black Olives, Mini Pickles, and Marinated Artichoke Hearts around the wreath, clustering some for visual impact and scattering others.
  6. Add the halved Peperoncini, halved Cherry Tomatoes, and bite-sized Roasted Red Pepper pieces, distributing them evenly for color and flavor.
  7. Arrange the thinly sliced Cucumber rounds along the inner edge of the wreath to create a fresh border, and tuck a few slices amongst other ingredients.
  8. Review the wreath for even distribution and visual appeal. Serve at room temperature.
