Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and ensure that the oven rack is in the center.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, draining any excess grease.
- In a bowl, mix eggs with heavy cream, salsa, shredded cheese, garlic salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over your browned beef in the pie pan and top with extra cheese. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
