Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In one bowl, beat the eggs. In another bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and Italian herbs.
- Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off. Then coat it thoroughly in the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the breaded chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Drizzle the rich garlic sauce over the crispy chicken and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
