Description

Quick and easy crispy honey garlic salmon bites that are healthy, budget-friendly, and loved by the whole family.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb salmon, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the salmon cubes to the marinade and let them soak for about 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Arrange the marinated salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 8–10 minutes until the salmon is crispy and cooked through.
  6. Serve over rice or veggies and garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

For extra flavor, toss salmon bites in reserved marinade heated briefly before serving.
