Ingredients

- 1 lb salmon, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add the salmon cubes to the marinade and let them soak for about 10 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the marinated salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8–10 minutes until the salmon is crispy and cooked through.
- Serve over rice or veggies and garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
For extra flavor, toss salmon bites in reserved marinade heated briefly before serving.
