- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 16–20 wonton wrappers
- Cooking spray or oil, for brushing
- Shredded lettuce or cabbage
- Diced tomatoes
- Chopped green onions
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook briefly. Add chicken, paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked.
- Stir in soy sauce and honey. Cook 1–2 minutes until glazed. Remove from heat.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly oil wonton wrappers and drape over an inverted muffin tin to form taco shapes.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp. Cool slightly.
- Mix mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic powder, and honey until smooth.
- Fill wonton shells with chicken, top with lettuce, tomatoes, green onions, and cilantro. Drizzle with sauce and serve.
