Description

Crispy Chicken Wonton Tacos – Crunchy, Flavor-Packed & Irresistible. These crispy chicken wonton tacos feature golden, crunchy wonton shells filled with juicy seasoned chicken, fresh toppings, and a creamy drizzle. They’re easy to make, visually impressive, and perfect for parties, appetizers, or fun family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1620 wonton wrappers
  • Cooking spray or oil, for brushing
  • Shredded lettuce or cabbage
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Chopped green onions
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook briefly. Add chicken, paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked.
  2. Stir in soy sauce and honey. Cook 1–2 minutes until glazed. Remove from heat.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly oil wonton wrappers and drape over an inverted muffin tin to form taco shapes.
  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp. Cool slightly.
  5. Mix mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic powder, and honey until smooth.
  6. Fill wonton shells with chicken, top with lettuce, tomatoes, green onions, and cilantro. Drizzle with sauce and serve.
