Description

Savor juicy chicken breasts with an irresistible golden Parmesan crust, ready in under 30 minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat with the Parmesan mixture.
  5. Lightly brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  6. Place chicken in the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness for uniform cooking. Chill coated chicken for 2-3 minutes before cooking to help the crust adhere better.
