- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 diced tomato
- 1 diced bell pepper

- Chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper for about 8–10 minutes.
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and layer half of the tortilla chips at the bottom.
- Top with half the shredded cheddar cheese, half the diced tomato, half the diced bell pepper, and half the cooked ground beef.
- Repeat the layering process with the remaining chips, cheese, tomato, pepper, and beef.
- Cook in the air fryer for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove carefully and top with sliced scallions and chopped cilantro. Serve immediately with sour cream or your favorite toppings.
