Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup ground protein (pork, chicken, or tofu)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Oil spray for air frying
Instructions
- Heat oil in a nonstick pan and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add ground protein and cook until no longer pink.
- Stir in shredded cabbage, carrots, soy sauce, and sesame oil; cook until veggies are soft.
- Let filling cool slightly, then wrap tightly in egg roll wrappers.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly coat egg rolls with oil spray, and air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden and crisp, flipping halfway through.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Ensure fillings are not too wet to prevent soggy wrappers. Allow filled rolls to rest before air-frying for better texture.
