Description

Irresistibly crispy air fryer egg rolls made with simple ingredients, perfect for weeknight appetizers or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup ground protein (pork, chicken, or tofu)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Oil spray for air frying

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a nonstick pan and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add ground protein and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Stir in shredded cabbage, carrots, soy sauce, and sesame oil; cook until veggies are soft.
  4. Let filling cool slightly, then wrap tightly in egg roll wrappers.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Lightly coat egg rolls with oil spray, and air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden and crisp, flipping halfway through.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Ensure fillings are not too wet to prevent soggy wrappers. Allow filled rolls to rest before air-frying for better texture.
