Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced sausage and cook for 10 minutes until browned, then set aside.
- Sauté garlic in the same skillet for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese; whisk until bubbling.
- Add spinach and sun-dried tomatoes; simmer until spinach wilts.
- Reintroduce sausage and zucchini noodles; cook for 3 minutes until heated through.
Notes
To avoid sogginess in zucchini noodles, drain excess moisture before cooking. For additional flavor, garnish with fresh herbs.
