Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz coffee liqueur (Kahlúa works best)
  • 2 oz heavy whipping cream (Chilled)
  • 1 tbsp molasses (Unsulphured)
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger (For spice)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (Plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 pinch ground cloves (Optional)
  • 1 dollop whipped cream (For topping)
  • 1 cinnamon stick (Garnish)
  • 1 star cookie (Garnish)

Instructions

  1. Whisk heavy cream, molasses, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves in a jar until slightly thickened.
  2. Fill a rocks glass with ice and pour in the vodka and coffee liqueur; stir gently.
  3. Slowly pour the spiced cream over the back of a spoon to layer it on top of the liquor.
  4. Top with whipped cream, a cinnamon stick, and a star cookie.
