- 2 oz vodka (Or vanilla vodka)
- 1.5 oz coffee liqueur (Kahlúa works best)
- 2 oz heavy whipping cream (Chilled)
- 1 tbsp molasses (Unsulphured)
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger (For spice)
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (Plus extra for garnish)
- 1 pinch ground cloves (Optional)
- 1 dollop whipped cream (For topping)
- 1 cinnamon stick (Garnish)
- 1 star cookie (Garnish)
Instructions
- Whisk heavy cream, molasses, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves in a jar until slightly thickened.
- Fill a rocks glass with ice and pour in the vodka and coffee liqueur; stir gently.
- Slowly pour the spiced cream over the back of a spoon to layer it on top of the liquor.
- Top with whipped cream, a cinnamon stick, and a star cookie.
