Description
A rich and creamy pasta dish featuring tender steak and garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb sirloin steak
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the sirloin steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked to desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Slice the steak into strips and return to the sauce.
- Toss the cooked fettuccine in the sauce until well coated.
- Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For an extra kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
